In most cases, this is extra information encapsulating a reference to the event
and the HPCM that generated it. These are retrieved using the EventRefFromWpLp
and HpcmFromWpLp macros.

This message
is not sent if polling is used that
is, if the dwPcm member of the PCMINFO1AOCX8 structure contains the PCM_DOPOLLING flag.
