If wStorage is the SO_FIELDTEXTFIX value, this member specifies
the number of characters in the string.
wAlignment
Alignment of
data in the cell. This member can be the SO_CELLLEFT, SO_CELLRIGHT, or
SO_CELLCENTER value.
