The NONCLIENTMETRICS structure contains the scalable metrics associated with the nonclient area of a nonminimized window. This structure is used by the SPI_GETNONCLIENTMETRICS and SPI_SETNONCLIENTMETRICS actions of SystemParametersInfoFLZD_G.
