Remarks
LegacyAuthenticationLevel is a named-value is a REG_WORD that sets the default
level of authentication for all applications which do not call CoInitializeSecurity. Values are from 1 through
6, and correspond to the RPC_C_AUTHN_LEVEL_xxx constants:
