Sets the
command-line arguments for a shell link object.

Parameters
pShlLnk
Pointer to
the IShellLink interface. In C++, this parameter is implicit.
pszArgs
Pointer to a
buffer that contains the new command-line arguments.
Return Values
Returns
NOERROR if successful or an OLE-defined error value otherwise.
This method
is useful when creating a link to an application that takes special flags as
arguments, such as a compiler.
