Gives the
container a chance to remove its menu elements from the in-place composite menu
and free all associated resources.

Specifies a
handle to the in-place composite menu that was constructed by calls to IShellBrowser::InsertMenusSB
Return Values
Returns
NOERROR if successful or an OLE-defined error value otherwise.
Remarks
This method
is similar to IOleInPlaceFrame::RemoveMenus
The object
should always give the container a chance to remove its menu elements from the
composite menu before deactivating the shared user interface.
Notes to Callers
Called by the
object application while it is being UI-deactivated to remove its menus.
