New 🎉

• Light and dark themes. The site follows your browser's setting by default, and there is a new Auto / Light / Dark selector in the site header.
• Accent-insensitive search: searching for "cafe" now finds "café" (and the other way round).

Changes 😎

• The selectable themes are replaced by the light/dark theme. The theme settings on the Configuration and Profile pages are gone, and any saved theme choices are cleaned up automatically when you upgrade. The theme preference is now stored per browser.
• Search ignores punctuation, so "wiki," and "(wiki)" now match "wiki". After upgrading, run Admin → Pages → Rebuild All Pages once so existing pages are re-indexed and accent and punctuation matching works for them.
• Search results, and the SearchList, SearchCloud and TextGlossary functions, now only show pages the viewer is allowed to read. Pages that use those functions are no longer cached, since their content depends on who is viewing.
• Search limits very long queries (up to 20 words).
• Translations now come from the shared NTDLS.Localization library, and the translation scanning tools have been moved out of this repository.
• Startup progress messages are now shown on the console. "Ready for connections" appears only once the server is actually listening.

Fixes 🐛

• Search no longer shows the names and descriptions of pages the viewer can't read.
• Search results are updated right away when a page is saved, deleted or restored, instead of staying stale until the cache expired.
• Pages found by both an exact and a similar-sounding match are now scored consistently.
