New features

• Global sidebar: show a wiki page as a sidebar next to every page. Turn it on and choose the page under Configuration → Customization. Individual pages can hide it with @@HideSidebar. (#97)
• Merged table cells: {{Table}} and {{StripedTable}} can merge cells. A cell containing only < joins the cell to its left, and one containing only ^ joins the cell above. (#100)
• Link options: links can open in a new tab with target:blank, and image links accept a scale. (#94)
• Concurrent editing: the editor shows who else is editing a page and blocks saves that would overwrite someone else's changes.

Security

• Role and account permissions can deny access to a specific namespace even when all namespaces are allowed. (#96)
• Deny rules now also apply to pages that don't exist yet.
• Namespace rules now apply to the Create permission, so page creation can be allowed or denied per namespace.
• Fixed HTML injection through status messages in the URL, and hardened the notification and confirmation pages against tampered links and open redirects.

Fixes

• Recently Modified shows the correct dates, and Recently Created lists recently created pages. (#98)
• Saving an unchanged page, including during upgrades, no longer changes its modified date. Dates that past upgrades changed are restored from page history.
• Links starting with :: now point to the root namespace.
• Table and StripedTable no longer produce malformed HTML, and StripedTable is now actually striped.

Interface

• Themes: stylesheets no longer override the chosen theme's colors. Corrected light/dark settings for several themes, and made the navbar text readable in all of them.
• Layout: the navbar collapses correctly on smaller screens and no longer flashes when a page loads.
• Page menu: reorganized.
• Consistency: confirmation dialogs, buttons and sign-in forms now look the same throughout.
• Accessibility: improvements to pagination.
• Translations: new translations, and fixed text in dialogs showing garbled characters in some languages.

Other

• Updated the help pages for links and tables.
• Removed SixLabors.ImageSharp, which is no longer free.
• Dependency updates.
