sp_help_revlogin for SQL Server 2000

The original SQL Server 2000 version of sp_help_revlogin using sysxlogins and sp_addlogin.

Published Jan 9, 2010

The pre-2005 ancestor of sp_help_revlogin, kept around because it is the only one that works on SQL Server 2000. Instead of CREATE LOGIN it generates the old-style EXEC master..sp_addlogin calls with the hex-encoded password from sysxlogins, handles NT logins with sp_grantlogin/sp_denylogin, and preserves the skip_encryption flag for logins upgraded from 6.5.
