Replication Monitor Record Commands Job

The second of the three ReplicationMonitor maintenance jobs. It has two steps - RecordLogreaderCommands followed by RecordDistributionCommands - both running in the ReplicationMonitor database, scheduled daily with a one-minute sub-day interval so the hourly throughput buckets stay fresh. It lives in the Data Collector category and is created disabled (@enabled=0), ready to be switched on once the monitoring database exists.
