Clear Cache Entries for a Resource Pool
How to clear all cached plans associated with a specific Resource Governor resource pool.
A two-line maintenance task: list the resource pools, then clear every plan cache entry associated with one of them. DBCC FREEPROCCACHE with a pool name (for example 'default') evicts only that pool's plans rather than the entire cache - a surgical way to flush stale plans.
