The TTM_ADDTOOL message registers a tool with a tooltip control.

Parameters

lpti

Pointer to a TOOLINFO structure containing information that the tooltip control needs to display text for the tool. Before sending this message, you must set the cbSize member of this structure to sizeof(TOOLINFO).

Returns TRUE if successful or FALSE otherwise.
