MCI_DGV_REALIZE_NORM

Realizes the palette normally. This is the default.

For digital-video devices, the lpRealize parameter points to an MCI_REALIZE_PARMS  structure. For more information, see comments in the MCI_GENERIC_PARMSB1BOEU structure.
